What is your shipping policy?

We ship within 2 days once your order is placed.

DOMESTIC

Shipping within Canada - 2-7 Business days

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping to USA - 4-9 Business days. International shipping is 10-25 Business days

NOTE: We may not ship to some destinations due to current Govenment lockdowns. Please inquire prior to placing the order if you require shipping outside of Canada & US.

Does a product have warranty?

All products have expiry dates and we regularly receive fresh batches. Each bottle is sealed and would have an expiry date on the package and the bottle that should match.

In a rare case of the package arriving late or getting stopped at customs, we would gladly send you a new package or refund you in full. All our orders are sent with full tracking and delivery confirmation.

Can I exchange the product?

Due to the nature of the product no exchanges are permitted and customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase if the item was opened and the seal is broken by the customer.

What’s the difference between the green one and the brown one?  

Vidatox 30 CH (Green version) is the original product designed by Labiofam (Cuban Pharma), clinically tested in 1995 and officially presented in October 2010. Today, it is used solely for the purpose of sale to Cuban domestic market and is now rarely available for sale internationally. Vidatox 30 CH (brown design) was presented in February 2015 and replaces earlier green version of Vidatox 30 CH. Vidatox 30 CH (brown design) has renewed and more effective formula that allows to shorten average period of treatment.  

How long can a bottle of Vidatox last?  

Vitatox is administered through oral consumption. It is simply taken under the tongue as sublingual drops. It is suggested to consume 5 drops every 12 hours and should be taken 10-15 minutes prior to consumption of food. If direct oral application is intolerable, 5 drops of Vidatox may be mixed with 15ml of warm water and consumed then. On average, one bottle lasts approximately 25-30 days and a 6-month course is recommended.

What’s the other customers’ experience? 

Our experience indicates that other customers were happy with the product, especially when it was taken in the early stages of diseased cell development. Also, given our product's anti-inflammatory nature, it really helps to detox one's body significantly following the chemotherapy treatment and improve overall health.
