Return policy

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If you are not satisfied with the product (s) that you purchased through our Website, you may return the product (s) within thirty (30) days from the date that we deliver the applicable product (s) for a refund less any restocking fee of 10%. Return shipping charges or any import taxes is responsibility of the buyer. For example, if order costs $250, your refund would be $225 after we receive the original product back.

The product (s) must be in its original condition (unopened) and original packaging with a sealed cap. Refund is processed within 5 business days after the product is received and inspected by us

To initiate the return process, please send us an email to info@vidatoxcanada.com with your original order receipt attached. We will respond back with a return authorization and shipping address.

IMPORTANT: Please send us the tracking number for any return shipments you make.
